Right of Withdrawal

You may request to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

After reviewing your request, we may ask you to return the product. However, where return shipping costs are considered disproportionate, we reserve the right to issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide clear photographic or video evidence to help us assess your claim.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
